Around The Camp Fire

We arrived on a beautiful Friday afternoon & the Stewards greeted us warmly.
Many Ralliers had a BBQ meal to finish their day.
Saturday we took a trip to Salcombe where we strolled around the picturesque town before returning back to the rally & looking forward to the lamb roast.
The lamb had been cooking all day, but the weather turned to rain.
That evening we all sat around a campfire eating delicious lamb & mint sauce baps with Ray trying to entertain us with his singing.
The rain continued there were several colourful umbrellas trying in vain to keep us dry. You could hear people saying 'we must be mad', but everyone still enjoyed the evening
Typically Sunday morning the sun was shining just when we had to go home.
