Rally Number 3550-

Tiverton Revisited

24th- 27th June

The weather was perfect, Sun, Sun and More Sun, and that was just while I was at work, so we set off on the short journey for me, how nice a rally in a town thats only 20 miles away but we probably go there once a year if we are lucky.

Well another Hot weekend on the cards, things were looking up we arrived at the rugby club to see only another 12 vans, what a shame !! but all the more room for us to spread out and a rally full of our friends ... Can`t be too bad !!

Friday evening we were once again treated to BINGO.... Woop Woop !!

In case you were wondering, i didn`t win again .....

Saturday started as it meant to go on the sun shining and a lovely day, now we had arranged with friends to go cycling along the Tiverton canal path so we set off on a route that the map said was about 6 miles and what a long 6 miles that was... But we were rewarded with a pint and a fantastic lunch before we followed the canal back to our base...

The rest of the afternoon was passed by with the help of a few jugs of PIMS......

Saturday evening we had Flagpole followed by an easy music quiz ( even the the team with the lowest score got more than half marks!!, so i didn`t make it too hard did i ?? )

Sunday was a day of treats, the rugby club turned out to be a stop off point on a 100 mile cycle race, so that was about 500 cyclists passed our door... What a view point !!

And for the other treat someone came to visit with thier new toy..... Umm someone needs to telll my sister that Mr Bob is never going to but her a Morgan.

And i would like to say a big thank you to Lin, Terry, Mary and Keith for putting on this fantastic rally, even when the number's were low.

Paul and shell x.
